I dislike the idea that the people who retweeted gets cut off because of the sheer number of retweets being done to the same message!

How a person can put a comment to the retweeted message then??? :(

I can't wait for this new era because RT was out of control.. everyone take whatever part they like about your tweet to add and transform your tweet

This is my new favorite blog. You're hilarious!

I also agree with you that this new RT functionality will be for the better.

I got a good laugh out of this, but I'm confused. Point 1 does seem to be a plus, but point 2 raises a doubt, and point three seems to be outright hell. I guess I'll have to see it in action to understand the details.

I laughed at that bunny and I am very much NOT getting off your blog. The blog as a whole is much funnier than that bunny eating an invisible cheeseburger.

I laughed at that bunny and I am very much NOT getting off your blog. :) The blog as a whole is much funnier than any animal eating an invisible cheeseburger.

Hey, I get it. This is like sarcasm, right? Nice one, TN. Oh, and kudos for calling Wood on his shit, too. Stellar!

That was indeed a seriously screwed with RT. I would have been pissed. No one said he could not make his own.

    Talk about "stealing the thunder."

i know this is all for lulz and whatnot, but it's not like you won't ever be able to type 'RT' if you want to. that's what baffles me, people seriously getting upset like that will become 'illegal' somehow, heh.

in related news, the only issue is that each app will probably have a different way of expressing the 'official' RT which is retarded, and potentially confusing.

I laughed a little at your Invisible Cheezburger caption. I say again, I laughed at the caption and not at the picture itself so technically speaking I don't really have to get off your blog now, do I?

  • Pedro Matias · 1 month ago
Thanks, you changed my view on the matter. There is also the MT (Modified Tweet) and the PRT partial! Maybe I am still.

I'll admit, I was initially siding with the strong, bitchy arguments put forth by those against the Twitter.com RT feature. But you made an awesome point, with which I agree: "Instead of seeing just the messenger you’re seeing the message." That undeniably is a huge part of what Twitter is about. Well done.
